So I had this idea a couple weeks back, because as much as I love to journal, I don’t do it nearly enough. I have at least 2 journal prompt ebooks in my Kindle, and I haven’t used a single one.
I figure, if I answer one question every Thursday from these books, it’ll be a good way to keep myself accountable, and maybe give you a chance to get to know me a little better π Ready? Here goes!
How did you overcome procrastination this week?
To be honest, I’m not sure I have. Procrastination is a really bad habit of mine, and one that I struggle with every single day. Even from one hour to the next, I’m constantly putting things off. I did get my planner out this week and plan my blog posts, which was a good thing, but then I missed putting up a post because I kept putting it off. It takes quite a bit of willpower to get over procrastination, so when I find a way, I’ll be sure to let you know! Until then, I will keep myself as accountable as possible, because I don’t like the thought that my readers, who have kindly subscribed because they want to read what I have to write, are missing out on something I’ve agreed to give them.
If you have any tips to get over procrastination, please leave them in the comments below! I’d love to find some good ones π Until next time, keep reading and keep being awesome! Later, bookworms!
I have something I dubbed the SCREW Protocol. This is an acronym for Study, Create, Read, Exercise, and Work, representing the five things I want to make sure I do every day. When Iβm trying to fill out SCREW for the day, everything feels like an accomplishment.
That is such a great idea! I may have to try this! Thanks for the suggealstion!
